The Cortonwood Development was masterplanned by St Pauls 25 years ago. Following acquisition and full site remediation of the 180 acre former colliery located in the Dearne Valley, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, development platforms to serve differing market sectors were created and developed for the following:-

• A retail park with over 500,000 sq ft of retail space including occupiers like Morrisons Supermarket, Asda Living, Next, B&Q and Boots, etc.
• A residential quarter of circa 700 houses built around a landscaped lakeside setting.
• A Business Park of 360,000 sq.ft of office, industrial and logistics space.

Planning permission has been secured for what would be the final phase of the residential development at Cortonwood.
